Refund Policy

Our promise: if you're not happy with your color report, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no survey, no friction.
1. The 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your color report. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase date, you're entitled to a full refund of your USD $9.99 payment.
You don't need to explain yourself. You don't need to return anything — since the report is a digital product, there's nothing to ship back. You just need to email us.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@mycolorseason.co with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address you used to place the order.
- Your order number or Stripe receipt ID, if you have it handy (if not, don't worry — we can find it).
We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund shortly after.
3. When you'll receive your money
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Some international card networks can take up to 14 business days. If nothing appears after 14 business days, contact your bank first — then email us and we'll help investigate.
4. Partial refunds
We don't do partial refunds. You either get the full amount back or, if you'd like to stay a customer, we'd rather fix whatever went wrong. Just tell us.
5. Limited exclusions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following narrow circumstances:
- Fraudulent orders — orders placed with stolen payment methods, which are handled via chargeback investigations with the issuing bank.
- Abuse of the refund policy — repeated purchase-then-refund patterns from the same customer or the same payment method, indicating an intent to use the service without paying.
- Requests outside the 14-day window — we may still consider these case-by-case at our sole discretion; email us and we'll take a look.
6. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster directly — typically within 24 hours — and chargebacks create unnecessary fees and delays for everyone. We'll refund you ourselves rather than put you through a chargeback dispute.
7. What happens to my data after a refund
After a refund is processed:
- Your uploaded photo is deleted from active systems.
- Your order record is retained (email, amount, refund flag) for accounting, tax, and anti-fraud compliance, as required under UAE law.
- If you requested marketing emails, you remain subscribed unless you unsubscribe separately.
